Aaron YOONG

Aaron YOONG is an Assistant Professor at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University (SMU), effective July 2024. Previously, he served as Lecturer of Law (FDS) at the same institution (July 2023–June 2024), Adjunct Faculty since 2019, and held roles as Associate at Setia Law LLC, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore (2019–2022), and Deputy Public Prosecutor at Attorney-General’s Chambers (2019).

His education includes an LL.M. from Harvard University (2024) and an LL.B. (Summa Cum Laude) from SMU (2019), with qualification as an Advocate and Solicitor (Singapore) in 2022.
