Aaron Tham

Aaron Tham is Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Business and Creative Industries. He leads the Community Capacity Exchange Theme within the Indigenous and Transcultural Research Centre, aligning with institutional missions through tourism-focused community development research.

With over 90 publications in leading tourism journals, Tham serves as Managing Editor of the International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Administration. His doctoral research examined social media's influence on tourism decision-making. Key research areas include:
