Aaron Lington is Professor of Music & Dance at San José State University, where he coordinates Jazz Studies. He holds a DMA in Saxophone Performance from the University of North Texas (2005) and has performed with the San Francisco Symphony, Count Basie Orchestra, and Joe Lovano.
His creative work includes Grammy-winning collaborations and the Bicoastal Collective jazz series. Recent albums explore baritone saxophone innovation and Bach reinterpretations.
