Dr. Aaron Burgess is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Jetter School of Professional Studies, Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU). He holds a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University, alongside Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Business from Mount St. Joseph University and Cincinnati Christian University. His academic career includes roles as Dean of the School of Business at Cincinnati Christian University (2013-2019), Director of Faculty Development, and extensive adjunct teaching experience across multiple institutions.
