Judy Madtes

Professor Judy Madtes is an Assistant Professor of Business at the Department of Business within the Jetter School of Professional Studies at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Ohio. She has been in this role since 1991 and previously served as an Office Manager at Fred F. Antelline Inc. (1985-1989) and a High School Business Teacher in Maryland and Texas (1979-1984). She holds an MBA from City University (1996) and a B.S. in Business Education from Trevecca Nazarene College (1979).

Her research focuses on integrating technology and liberal arts into business education, with notable works on critical thinking development through applications technology, verbal communication teaching methods, and interactive courseware in modern classrooms. She has presented at conferences including the Christian Business Faculty Association and the Ohio Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
