ANGEL COBOS GARCIA

Angel Cobos Garcia is a University Professor at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Bromatology within the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). His research focuses on Food Technology and the Sustainable Management of Bioresources, particularly in milk and food production quality.
