Angel Cobos Garcia

Angel Cobos Garcia is a Professor at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Bromatology within the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Santiago de Compostela. He leads research in food technology and lipid composition in animal products, particularly focusing on milk and other foods.
