A.R. Elangovan is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Victoria's Gustavson School of Business, where he has held faculty positions since 1992. Currently serving as Associate Vice-President, Global Engagement (appointed September 2022) on secondment, he previously directed Gustavson International (2003-2022) and served as Associate Dean (2008-2011).
