Vivien Corwin is an Associate Teaching Professor and Associate Dean of People & Culture at the University of Victoria's Gustavson School of Business. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of British Columbia.
Her expertise spans leadership development, organizational change management, HR practices, and service excellence. She designs executive education programs for corporate clients and governmental organizations, including BC Ferries and First Nations communities.
Her research has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and The American Behavioral Scientist, focusing on part-time work models, service quality, and organizational culture.
