A.G. Harmon serves as Clinical Professor of Law and Associate Dean of Bench and Bar Programs at the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America. He has published extensively on legal writing pedagogy, the Hart-Fuller debate in jurisprudence, and the portrayal of legal concepts in Shakespeare's works.

Among his notable honors are the 2017 Mary, Mirror of Justice Award from Columbus School of Law, recognition as a BioLogos Foundation Grant Winner in 2015, and the prestigious Peter Taylor Prize for the Novel in 2002 for his book "A House All Stilled." His literary achievements also include being a runner-up for the William Faulkner-William Wisdom Award for the Novel in 2007.
