Randa Smith Hall is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Services Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), School of Health Professions. She serves as Associate Chair of External Relations & Alumni Affairs, focusing on alumni engagement, mentoring initiatives, and regional events.
