Allyson Hall

Allyson Hall is a Professor in the Department of Health Services Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), with secondary appointments in UAB's School of Public Health and School of Nursing. She serves as Program Director for UAB's graduate programs in healthcare quality and safety, and as Co-Director for the Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Education (COERE). Her research focuses on healthcare access for vulnerable populations, care transitions, and healthcare quality improvement with recent emphasis on machine learning applications in diabetes case management and post-discharge clinics.

Allyson Hall teaches health policy to graduate students at UAB, with specific interests in international health system comparisons.
