P. Farvolden

Dr. P. Farvolden is an Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Department of English at MacEwan University. She holds a PhD from the University of Alberta and serves as Honours Advisor. Her research focuses on Middle English literature, particularly Chaucer, Lydgate, and fifteenth-century manuscripts. She also specializes in writing studies for Education students.

Dr. Farvolden has published a critical edition of Lydgate’s works (2016) and maintains expertise in medieval literature and textual analysis. She is available to supervise senior students’ independent study projects. Professional affiliations include the Canadian Society of Medievalists and ACCUTE.
