Maria Vint is a Lecturer in the Business Communication Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2024–Present), previously serving as Instructor in Residence at the University of Connecticut (2020–24) and adjunct roles across multiple institutions including Fordham University and CUNY schools. She holds a PhD Candidate degree in Composition & Applied Linguistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Language and Literacy from City College of New York (2016), and a BA in English from Hunter College (2013).
Her research focuses on Identity Theory, Teacher Identity, Life History Research, Psychoanalytic Theory, and Developmental Writing.
