Lawrence Gill

Lawrence Gill serves as Clarinet and Woodwind Chamber Music Tutor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He began his studies at the institution (formerly Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama) before continuing in Switzerland and Germany. With extensive orchestral experience, he has freelanced with all Scottish orchestras prior to joining the Orchestra of Scottish Opera. A dedicated educator since 1983, his expertise focuses on chamber music, collaborating with groups like Paragon Chamber Group and Hebrides Ensemble for radio/TV performances. Personal interests include French language proficiency and culinary exploration.
