Jennifer Stephenson

Jennifer Stephenson is a Woodwind Lecturer at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland since 2017. An Edinburgh-born clarinettist, she studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland before further training at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Marseille.

Her career spans orchestral performances with BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, and roles in festivals like BBC Proms and Edinburgh International Festival. She collaborates in chamber ensembles (Arunda, Cameo Clarinet Quartet) and contemporary music projects with composers Timothy Cooper and Thomas Butler, co-founding Glasgow New Music Expedition and performing with Ensemble Thing.
