Laura Oxley is a Bowland Research Fellow at the Department of Education, University of York. Her research focuses on mental health in schools, particularly collaborative approaches to managing student behavior, teacher wellbeing, and play-based learning. She is affiliated with the Psychology in Education Research Centre (PERC), Institute of Mental Health Research York (IMRY), and the Health, Effectiveness, and Retention of Teachers (HEART) Research Group.
