Florence Oxley is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Hungry Mind Lab at the Department of Education, University of York. She holds a PhD in Linguistics (2023) funded by an ESRC +3 Studentship and an HRC Doctoral Fellowship, and has previously held research roles at the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.
Research Focus: Oxley investigates gene-environment interplay in early childhood development, combining insights from Developmental Psychology, Linguistics, and Behavioral Genetics.
