Felix Honecker

Dr Felix Honecker is a Lecturer in Management at the University of Glasgow. His research focuses on the intersection of organizational sociology and information systems, examining how social practices and environmental conditions influence organizational behavior and structure. He collaborates with industry partners to bridge academic research with practical applications.

Research Interests: Social evaluations of organizations, Hype and deception in science/tech/entrepreneurship, Alternative structures for deep tech, Digital communities, Innovation in SMEs. His work explores how new technologies and business models gain legitimacy and how SMEs can enhance their innovation capacity through collaborative projects.
