Parissa Baig is Lecturer in Strategic Entrepreneurship at the University of Greenwich's School of Business, Operations and Strategy. Her research investigates institutional entrepreneurship, legitimacy mechanisms, and organizational change, with doctoral work examining how institutional innovations gain legitimacy.
She teaches undergraduate modules on Small Business Development and Quality Management, drawing on industry experience in legal innovation and operations for multinational firms. As a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she incorporates experiential learning methods informed by training from Babson College.
