Elem Miranda is a Lecturer in Management at the University of Glasgow, specializing in digital innovation and entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Management (University of Glasgow), MRes, MBA (Organisational Behaviour & Leadership), and a BSc in International Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
Her research focuses on scaling digital start-ups, exploring challenges in sustainable growth and the role of accelerators in innovation ecosystems. Key areas include digital entrepreneurship, scaling mechanisms, and the strategic leadership required for long-term success in fast-paced digital markets.
