Cortnee Bunch

Cortnee Bunch holds the position of Assistant Professor of Marketing at Dalton State College's Wright School of Business. She joined the institution as a Lecturer in January 2019 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer before transitioning to her current tenure-track role in August 2024. Her academic qualifications include an expected Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of South Alabama (2025), and she achieved ABD status in 2023. She also holds an MBA (2016) and a B.A. in Marketing (2015) from King University.

Her research focuses on consumer behavior, brand management, and marketing strategy, with notable work exploring nostalgia-driven marketing, retro branding, and the impact of social media influencers. She has contributed to peer-reviewed journals such as the Dalton State Digest and the Proceedings of the Society for Marketing Advances. Additionally, she has published case studies and pedagogical articles addressing teaching methodologies and student engagement.
