Christopher Terry is an Associate Professor and Cowles Fellow of Journalism, Law and Policy at the University of Minnesota's Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He holds a Ph.D. from UW-Madison and has 15 years of commercial radio experience.
His research focuses on media regulation, internet policy, and political communication. Current work examines broadband access disparities and regulatory frameworks for digital platforms.
