Christopher S. Yoo

Christopher S. Yoo is the Imasogie Professor of Law and Technology, Professor of Communication, and Professor of Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as Founding Director of the Center for Technology, Innovation & Competition (CTIC) and has held influential roles in U.S. and international regulatory bodies, including the FCC’s Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee and UN initiatives. His work bridges law, technology, and policy with a focus on antitrust, cybersecurity, and internet governance.

His expertise spans regulatory policy for digital platforms, cross-jurisdictional antitrust comparisons, and privacy/security in emerging technologies like autonomous vehicles.
