Christine McLean

Christine McLean is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Child and Youth Study Department at Mount Saint Vincent University. She holds a PhD from the University of Toronto and researches pedagogical documentation, play-based learning, and reflective practices in early childhood education.

Her work examines co-construction of learning documentation, inclusive curriculum frameworks, and quality assessment in publicly funded early learning programs. Recent publications analyze Pre-Primary program efficacy and family experiences in early education systems.
