Chloe Froggatt is an Associate Lecturer in Sociology, Criminology, and Public Health at Sheffield Hallam University's College of Social Sciences and Arts, within the Sheffield Institute of Social Sciences. She holds dual affiliations with the Social and Economic Research Institute and serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Her research explores sexualities, gender expression, and feminist methodologies, with a focus on empowering marginalized voices through storytelling.
Education: BA(Hons), MRes Social Science; Advanced HEA Fellow. Recent projects include the ASPIRE Programme (2023–present), addressing BAME student underrepresentation in research; and a Ministry of Justice-funded evaluation of reoffending interventions (2021–22). She co-leads the annual Sheffield Sexualities Symposium and contributes to the Sheffield Relationships & Sex Education Task Group.
Teaching Roles: Deputy Module Leader for 'Shaping Societies'; Dissertation Supervisor for Public Health, Sociology, and Criminology programs; and lecturer in modules including 'Power, Sex and the Body' and 'Sex, Violence and Extremism'.
