Bruce Beverly is a Professor of Law at Loyola Marymount University's Duncan School of Law. He holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a J.D. from Ohio Northern University. With over 17 years of family law litigation experience in Texas, he is board certified as a family law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and serves as a Rule 31 Certified Mediator in Tennessee family law cases.
His teaching portfolio includes courses on Tort, Remedies, Domestic Relations, Advanced Domestic Relations Drafting, and Law Office Management. Previously, he taught as an adjunct professor in paralegal programs at the University of Texas at Arlington and the State University of Ohio – Lima/Lima Technical College. He has authored/co-authored three books on direct and cross-examination in family law and presented numerous articles on family law, law and technology, and practical legal strategies.

He previously served on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Knoxville Family Justice Center (2010–2016), advocating for domestic violence victims. His expertise spans litigation, mediation, and legal education, with a focus on family law and technology integration in legal practices.
