Stephanie Tang

Stephanie L. Tang is Assistant Professor of Law at Baylor Law School teaching Family Law, Advanced Family Law, Children and the Law, and Persuasive Communication. Previously a partner at a Chicago family law firm, she specialized in high-conflict divorce and parentage cases through litigation, mediation, and collaborative practice.

Her expertise includes family law dispute resolution and financial litigation. She holds certifications as mediator, collaborative divorce fellow, and Certified Financial Litigator.

Awards include Illinois State Bar Association honors, Super Lawyers recognition, and pro bono service awards. She chaired the Illinois State Bar Association's Family Law Section Council (2022-2023) and serves on the Supreme Court of Texas Children's Commission Standards Committee.
