April Vance

April Vance is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Art & Design at the University of Central Arkansas, affiliated with the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. She balances her academic role with a professional career as an Interior Designer at Garver Engineering, specializing in large-scale commercial and government projects across the Southern United States.

She previously worked as a furniture designer at Evo Business Environments, specializing in healthcare, education, and business space planning, and freelances in residential design during her free time. Her multicultural experiences and travel have significantly influenced her design philosophy.
