Allen Meek

Allen Meek is an Artist Faculty member specializing in Trombone at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore since 2003. He holds dual roles as a performer and educator, with notable positions including Section Principal Trombone of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) and past affiliations with orchestras such as the Boston Pops and Malaysian Philharmonic. His career emphasizes contemporary music collaborations, including the Asian premiere of Christopher Rouse’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Trombone Concerto.
