İsmail NARİN is an Associate Professor at the Department of Basic Islamic Sciences, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Bingöl University. He holds a PhD from Istanbul University (2009) and has supervised numerous theses in Islamic jurisprudence and legal history. His research focuses on classical Islamic legal texts, Ottoman scholars, and contemporary legal issues.
