Øystein Sæbø

Øystein Sæbø is a full Professor in the Department of Information Systems at the University of Agder, Norway, and currently serves as Head of Department. His research focuses on eGovernment, eParticipation, and ICT for Development (ICT4D). He has contributed to over 70 peer-reviewed publications, with recent work examining digital transformation in public services, vulnerable citizens' experiences with digital welfare systems, and critical perspectives on ICT4D quantification.
