Devendra Bahadur Thapa

Devendra Bahadur Thapa is a Professor at the University of Agder, Norway, with dual PhDs in Industrial Engineering (Ajou University, 2008) and Information Systems (University of Agder, 2012). His research focuses on ICT4D, Philosophy of Science and Technology, and their intersection with development challenges.
