Ábris Gryllus is an interdisciplinary artist, composer, and lecturer at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, where he serves as Head of the MA Graphic Design programme. His work explores the boundaries between sound, space, and human presence through installations, music, and conceptual design. Gryllus teaches in the Graphic Design MA department and has been affiliated with the university since 2015.

His research focuses on data sonification and experimental soundscapes, blending technical precision with artistic expression. Notable works include albums like Post_ (2017), A.D. (2020), and Nucleus of the Decay (2023), released under his own name. These projects reflect his exploration of compositional techniques in electronic music.

Gryllus is also a member of the noise-techno group FOR. and has exhibited globally, including at Transmediale/CTM Berlin and the Venice Biennale. His artistic practice extends into curatorial and collaborative projects, emphasizing interdisciplinary innovation.
