Sarah Bonzo is an Associate Professor in the School of Business at SUNY Oswego , specializing in Health Services Administration . She teaches graduate courses in Health Systems and Operations Management , while serving as the Coordinator of the Healthcare Administration MBA program. Education BS/MS in Industrial and Operations Engineering, Rochester Institute of Technology PhD in Industrial and Operations Engineering, University of Michigan (NSF Graduate Research Fellowship recipient) Dr. Bonzo's research focuses on agile operations , quality improvement , and strengths-based leadership in healthcare. She applies network analysis and design structure matrices to examine technical complexity, while exploring personnel development , mindfulness , and pattern-based learning in sociotechnical systems. Her scientific awards include: Open SUNY Ambassador (2015) NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (2007-2010) Dr. Bonzo combines academic work with practical application as CEO and Co-Founder of TagTeams , a surgical team coordination platform. She consults on lean thinking , experimentation , and patient flow optimization with clients like Montefiore Health System and Rauland-Borg.
