Dr. Adnan Yilmaz is a Lecturer in Education (TESOL) at the University of Stirling's Faculty of Social Sciences. He holds a PhD from the University of Arizona's SLAT program. His research focuses on language teacher education, intercultural communication, social justice in language education, and instructional technologies. He has co-led projects funded by the US Embassy in Turkey, including the 'Social Justice Now!' initiative, which trained pre-service English teachers to design social responsibility projects and present at international symposiums.
