Assoc. Prof. Turgay Demirel is affiliated with the Department of Computer Science at Iğdır University’s Faculty of Engineering. He holds a PhD in Computer and Instructional Technologies Education from Atatürk University (2010–2015), an MSc in the same field (2007–2010), and a BSc in Computer and Instructional Technologies Education from Ankara University (2003–2007).
