Noah-Manuel Michael

Noah-Manuel Michael is a Doctoral Researcher at Kiel University's Institute for Psychology of Learning and Instruction (IPL) and the Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (IPN) in the Department of Educational Measurement and Data Science. His research focuses on automated grammatical error detection and personalization of LLM-based chatbots for language learners.

His research integrates computational linguistics, natural language processing, and educational technology to improve language learning tools through data science and AI. Prior to his current role, Michael worked as a Research Associate at Linköping University's Division of Artificial Intelligence and Integrated Computer Systems and as a Research Assistant at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz's International Office.
