Daojuan Wang is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University Business School within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Aalborg University. She is an active member of the International Business Research Group and contributes to the Green Society initiative at the university. Dr. Wang's research focuses on Business internationalization, Cross-border M&As, Corporate governance, SMEs, Emerging market firms, and CSR/ESG/Sustainability. She actively supervises students at Bachelor, Master, and PhD levels, having recently served as an external opponent for PhD defenses examining ESG impacts on startup performance and pharmaceutical marketing strategies in China. Her research is supported by multiple significant projects including Eco-Nexus, Green Transitions in Port of Aalborg, and investigations into Chinese multinational enterprises' internationalization strategies.
