Luca Carollo is an Associate Professor of Organizational Studies and Change Management at the Department of Management, University of Bergamo, Italy. He holds a Master's degree in Work, Organization and Information Systems from the University of Trento and a Ph.D. in Economic Sociology and Labor Studies from the University of Milan.
