Dr Antje Heinrich is a Senior Lecturer in Audiology/Hearing Science at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Division of Psychology Communication and Human Neuroscience (L5). Her research focuses on understanding how different groups of listeners process speech, including younger/older native English speakers, non-native listeners, and those with hearing loss. Key research areas include listening effort, cognitive-auditory interactions, and translating findings into clinical diagnostics/training.
