Dr. Paul A. Ferre is a Distinguished Professor of Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Arizona, holding a PhD in Earth Sciences (University of Waterloo, 1998) and a B.S. in Geophysical Engineering (Colorado School of Mines, 1988).
