Charlotte Ringsmose is a Professor at the Department of Culture and Learning, part of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Aalborg University. Her work focuses on improving child well-being through effective leadership and quality enhancement in early childhood education and care (ECEC) settings. She leads initiatives such as Ledelse med mærkbar effekt for børnene and ViD: Vidensinformeret praksis i dagtilbud , emphasizing data-driven decision-making and organizational learning. Her research explores pedagogical practices, institutional development, and inclusive environments in daycare and afterschool programs. Collaborations with municipalities like Roskilde and Kolding highlight practical applications of her theoretical work.
