Dorte Bekkevold

Dorte Bekkevold is a Senior Researcher at the National Institute of Aquatic Resources, part of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Her research spans marine population genomics, fisheries management, and conservation genetics, with a strong emphasis on applying genetic tools to support sustainable marine resource use and biodiversity conservation. She actively contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through her scientific work.
