Prof. Dr. Eleni Kosta is a Full Professor of Technology Law and Human Rights at Tilburg University's Tilburg Law School (TILT). She specializes in privacy, data protection, AI ethics, and anti-money laundering regulations. Her work bridges legal frameworks with technological advancements, focusing on issues like surveillance, digital rights, and EU policy coordination. She co-edited major works on data retention and law enforcement directives, and leads EU-funded projects like LEA-DATA and CONSENTIS.
