Michael Charlton is a Senior Lecturer at the Sheffield Business School, University of Sheffield Hallam, specializing in Business Operations and Systems. Jonathan H. Klein is an Associate Professor at the Southampton Business School (University of Southampton) in a part-time role since 2019.
