Prof. Sarah Maguire is an Associate Professor, clinical psychologist, and researcher specializing in eating disorders at the University of Sydney. She leads the InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders and is affiliated with the Charles Perkins Centre and Sydney Local Health District. Her roles include senior advisor to NSW Health, director of the National Research & Translation Centre in Eating Disorders, and board-approved supervisor. Education: BScPsych (Hons) M.A. DCP PhD (awarded 2009 with AH Martin Prize) Post-doctoral training at the University of Chicago Research Focus: Her work spans biological mechanisms, health system reform, prevention strategies, and translational research. Key areas include oxytocin therapy, telehealth interventions, and policy leadership. She leads over $19M in competitive grants, including $13M for the National Eating Disorders Research Centre.
