Hsiao-Hui Lee is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Management Information Systems at National Chengchi University's College of Commerce in Taipei, Taiwan. She joined National Chengchi University as a Professor in August 2019 and has served as Department Chair on a part-time basis since August 2022. Prior to this, she was an Associate Professor (2016-2019) and Assistant Professor (2011-2016) at the Institute of Information Management at the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Lee received her PhD from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester (2005-2010) and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University (2000-2002). Her research expertise spans Supply Chain Management, Empirical Operations Management, Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility, with a strong focus on the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy. Her publication record shows consistent high-impact research in top-tier journals including Management Science, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management. Her work demonstrates a clear trajectory from foundational operations research to increasingly complex studies examining the relationship between supply chain dynamics, technology adoption, corporate social responsibility, and financial performance. Recent publications show a growing emphasis on sustainability, risk management, and the strategic implications of digital transformation in supply chains. Distinguished Professor, National Chengchi University (2023) Academic Research Excellence Award, National Chengchi University (2021) Outstanding Research Award, National Science and Technology Council (2021) Dr. Lee has been Principal Investigator on multiple significant research projects funded by Taiwan's National Science and Technology Council, including the four-year project "Empirical Methods Application in Supply Chain Management Research" (2023-2026) and the ESG evolution research series. Her work bridges academic research with practical business applications, as evidenced by industry collaborations with companies like OPENTIX and Chintai Industrial.
