Ana María Isidoro Losada is a Research Associate at the Chair of Environmental and Climate Policy within the School of Public Policy at the Technical University of Munich . She joined the Chair in July 2021, contributing to interdisciplinary research on energy transitions and environmental governance. Current projects: Trans4ReaL (funded by BMWK) and PAUL (funded by the EU Horizon 2020 program) Previous projects: SOTEC-radio (BMWi-funded) and ENTRIA (BMBF-funded), focusing on radioactive waste management Her research explores intersections of energy policy, socio-technical transformation, and political structures through case studies in Germany and Latin America. Publications highlight challenges in nuclear waste governance, hydrogen energy adoption, and territorial political strategies in Venezuela. The interdisciplinary projects she works on involve collaborations with institutions like the Environmental Policy Research Center at Freie Universität Berlin, addressing governance frameworks, stakeholder participation, and policy instrument effectiveness.
