Dr. Erin Chaparro is a Research Professor at the University of Oregon's College of Education, affiliated with the Educational and Community Supports Research Center. She focuses on multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), literacy interventions for English Language Learners (ELLs), and implementation science. Her work bridges theory and practice through professional development initiatives and policy consultation across states like Oregon, Texas, and Arizona. Current projects involve developing online training modules for rural educators and evaluating language programs for middle school newcomers.
